Looking back on these pictures, we can’t help but giggle… or think “WTF? Why?“
If there's a place in the world where we took the most ridiculous photos, we'd say it's India. Everywhere we went, there was a photo opportunity. It's not always about the sights. Sometimes we became the sights.
Welcome to our collection of funny photos in India:
1) The “Stranger Things”
It’s not hard to feel like a superstar in India. Strangers wanted pictures taken with us, literally in every single place we went. EVERYYYYWHEREEEE.

Who are these people?!?
2) The “Tiger”
We booked an elaborately furnished airbnb in Agra and our host turned out to be a Colonel who owned a tiger. Naturally, we were afraid.

Rawr!
3) The “London Bridge”
On our tour of Old Delhi, we had a guide who was very fond of taking photos for us. He also liked giving us instructions on how to pose. Here’s one where he told us to put our hands together, and raise them up high.

Can someone explain why we did this?
4) The “Hello, who’s there?”
We went into someone’s shop in Old Delhi, and were told to sit on their sofa bench. There was a phone and it didn’t ring. We HAD to pick up.

“Hello, who’s there? Oh, nobody!”
5) The “Flower Power”
We visited a flower-making factory of sorts, and our guide thought it was a good idea to put some in our hair.

Who wore them better?
6) The “Look Each Other”
There were COUNTLESS times we were told by locals to “look each otherrrrrrr” in photos. Over the years, India has remained the only place where we’ve managed to look so successfully corny.

I look at you, and you look at me…
7) The “Act Professional”
Somehow we ended up crashing a class in a local girls’ school (why?!?!?!) and we were told to sit by the side to watch the students. Like it was totally normal to do so, and not weird at all...

Just casually watching young girls in a classroom... ... ...
8) The “Eyes Wide Shut”
Who needs to open their eyes when they’re trying to ring a bell, right?

Bell, oh, bell, where are you?
9) The “Grouchy Local”
Sometimes, not everyone needs to look happy. And that’s cool. Or not…

Are you done with this photo yet?
10) The “Slanted Lens”
We asked a random man to help us with a photo, and he turned out to be a photography enthusiast. He directed us to stand perpendicular to the backdrop and proceeded to snap away in varying angles. Check out this piece of art!

New-age slanted photography
What better way to immortalise our time in Incredible India, than with these incredibly weird photos?
Reminiscing our trip through these questionable pictures is actually a great way to keep the memory alive. We hope you get your dose of funny photos on your trip to India too – to locals will be more than happy to help you out! :')
